Smart,amarks & Bitmaps

I tend to be in favor of the smartmarks - but if it generates too 
much traffic, the listowner may have to edit much more aggressively.

Mike Ryan just conducted an interesting bitmap research project for 
us, didn't he?  Conclusion: next time, we should fax our net-compadre
the bitmaps on paper....   :-)
