Yes, sythetics are prolly bettr, but remember, you will heat soak that turbo
if you believe the above to be sure......  A glowing exh man/turbo on my MC
will hover in the 1700-1900F mark after some hot runs.....  600 might not be
enough....  NJT

Definitely run it after a hot run, an easy drive to the garage is even
 better, cuz the temps under the hood on a hot idling turbo has nowhere to
go, driving it gives you flow......
