Let's remember that Mr. Hines did not ask the original question, 
"BKWATERS" did. Mr. Hines' response was a personal attack on Bob Myers and
although the outlash against Mr. Hines seems to assume that he asked
the original question, he in fact did not.

So lets let Mr. Hines lurk in the dark corners of the list and from
time to time when he reaches out.... ignore him.
