Al, too bad you're back again with hydraulic problems. Perhaps you're
just unlucky with the parts you are getting? Maybe the PA is clogged
again with whatever clogged it the last time and caused you to replace?
If I remember, you had a suspect "used" PA from somewhere but kept it?
Maybe it's time to take the whole hydraulic system apart and clean
it out. With the pressure gauge you have and the Bentley proceedure
you should be able to get this thing right.
I know the 4 stab test works fine on my '86 5ks (new PA, rebuilt pump).
But right now, there's snow on the ground. I can diasble ABS but
finding some dry land is gonna be tough righ now.
