I've been getting alot of "bounces" from veda.com when I posted copies
(sometimes originals, without a copy to the digest).  Bounces stipulate that
the system has reached its limit for incoming mail.  I do most of my
"mailing" about 02:22 PST (5:22 EST).

Is there a better time to get through (I like to keep my phone lines clear
between 6 am - 10 pm PST).  Are you East Coast, in which case if I sent at
about 6 am PST, it would arrive 9 am EST  - comments?
