Id be willing to bet he's full of crap. Ive had a few pairs of KYB's and 
all of them went to hell within 6 months. Sure... free replacement, but 
who pays the labor! Its no easy task on the Q's.  DONT DO IT!!! KYB'S 
SUCK!!! ANYONE WHO TELLS YOU OTHERWISE IS WRONG!!!
