Ditto, too many times they want to TELL you what you want or need.....  Some
sales training in identifying the "hard cores" should be done.....  I had a
guy that wouldn't sell me a 225/50 for my old GLH cuz he said it wouldn't
fit......  Fine, you want the order or not, if not give me someone who will,
 thank goodness a 800 number or all h**l would have broken loose.....  Guess
if that's the only bitch, not doing too bad..
