Motorola Phone install

Hi Mike,

I Just had a Motorola flip phone with a 3watt booster kit and Car install kit 
put into my 90 V8Q.

They mounted the transceiver under the back parcel shelf between the
speakers.  I already had a Cell antenna from the factory phone, so they
used that one.  The phone base itself is on one of the swiveling mounting
kits.  The mounting kit is bolted in the front left of the bin between the
seats.  I haven't been in a 5000 in a while so I don't know if you have
that bin there or not......

I find the location to be ok,  I really didn't want them to mar the interior
so I had it mounted in the bin.  It swivels just enough to get out from
underneath the arm rest. :-)  Dialing location is acceptable.  If you don't
care about maring the interior I would mount it in front of the bin so you
can dial easier.  Your choice.
