All this talk about looking back while driving.....

I have a different approach. :-)

I just drive faster than everbody else,  when the car I just passed
appears in my mirror I know it's safe to pull back in the lane.....

I started this on my street bike years ago.  I'd much rather have
people behind me in my mirrors slowly going away then have to sit 
behind people waiting for them to do something stupid.

Remember, there is no such thing as a fender bender on a
motorcycle.  If you crash, you will bleed.
