As I recall, the local BMW CCA driver school at Firebird costs $230 for two
days.  I have a friend who attends various marque club events at various CA
tracks and they all seem to run $180-$250 for the weekend as well.  I don't
know about other BMW CCA chapters but I know the profits from this event go
to fund a lot of other money-losing events throughout the year ... no one's
getting a dime from it personally, at least not in the Roadrunner chapter.

Of course, this may or may not be true of QCUSA but I'm sure they'll answer
your question if you ask it nicely...
