Those are very good starting points, especially the 50k car for $15,000.
I'd look into the background on both cars though.  The V8s were prone to
odometer (the whole instrument cluster) replacements.  If the car has passed
through (in titling) a state which doesn't track mileage, I'd be concerned.
The odometers usually failed around the 40k mile mark.  Worst case: both
cars have 40k more miles than you thought.
