Joseph,

Precision Interface Electronics has a product that's "on the bench",
i.e. in development.  They told me that product would be available
"around Summer of this year".  It's a CD changer converter for
the A4; they didn't want to commit to the CD changer brand they
were developing for, but they said "it's likely to be Alpine".

I have no idea what the converter will cost, but I know you can
get the 6-disc basic Alpine changer for about $350.

I'm waiting until summer.
