100/200 question?

I have a stupid question here...  What are the differences between the
1990 100 and the 200?  I asked the dealer and he sort of hemmed and
hawed without giving me an answer.

Also, is $8000(US) good for a 1990 100 with 97,000 miles?  The car looks
and sounds in good condition, but I am leery of the mileage.  Its
already had a fuel pump, mufflers, breaks, battery, and tires done.  Any
thoughts?
