climate control unit ok; fan still on

with outside temp+off, I got diag. mode just fine (the docs that I found 
in the archives indicated I was to press outside temp+warmer, which 
didn't work, obviously).  The climate control unit didn't indicate any 
errors, and everything seemed to test out OK.  Does this mean that the 
blower unit under the hood is DEFINITELY the culprit (or almost 
certainly?)  I'll go get one tomorrow if this is the case.
