NW Region QC Seccession?

      Hey guys,

         I was just wondering if the Northwestern Region of the QC ever decided
to seceed from the QCUSA?  I heard rumors of it, but never heard whether they a
ctually did it or not, and why they wanted to split.  I heard some people say t
hat it was over missappropriated funds and lack of representation, but I don't
know what kind of truth there is to it.  I have several friends that are secces
sionists (I live in SC), but this sounded kind of rediculous to me.  Does anybo
dy know the real story?
