	Joe,
	    Seems to me your front pistons are jamming: perhaps due to moisture
or
	other contamination in the brake fluid. I'm at a loss to explain why
*both*
	front brakes (how can you tell it's both, by the way -- no drag either
way?)
	have decided to call it quits simultaneously, though.

	   Don't know if a caliper rebuild is a DIY job for these cars, but it
sure sounds
	like that's what you need.

	   On the other hand, I could be full of it ...
