I have issues of the Quattro Quarterly dated second & third quarters of 1993
and they both indicate Quattro Club USA is a "non-profit organization" ... I
know that's different than being a non-profit corporation and doesn't impose
any legal obligations upon the club but it clearly indicates an intent and I
wonder how true to that intent QCUSA was even prior to its incorporation...

The issues of Quattro Quarterly cited above also list membership dues as $30
per year and this was (presumably) three to six months before January, 1994.

BTW, has anyone had a chance yet to stop their offices and inspect their tax
returns and application for non-profit status? ;^)
