Subject: rad fan woes
i have been running the TqW for a few days and things seem to be functioning
properly with the rad fan 2nd stage. i have been using a sacrificial relay
until i am sure that it's not going to eat another one soon. this relay is
an unused part from a hella horn kit and looks super cheap so i don't care
what happens to it but it's only rated for 30 amps, so i don't want to stress
test it just yet. (no stop and go in 90 degrees for me)

i am still puzzled by how two relays burned in a short time. i can think of
three possibilities:
- the fan is going and is drawing too much current in it's current state
- the temp switch is sticking on intermittently, causing the fan to continue
running until the relay heats ups and melts (this happened in 10-20 minutes
  last week)
- the relay is poorly designed/constructed or improperly specified at 40A.

i still haven't decided if i burned the fuse/relay panel bad enough to
replace it. then i can go back to fixing the fresh air blower electrics.
any thoughts or experience would be appreciated...
