DIALYNX PERFORMANCE Fax #???

George,

The fax number of 01793-722948 appears to be incorrect.  I tried it for a
couple of hours with no pick up and once getting a woman who hung up before
I could grab the handset.  Could you verify this number?  Maybe you could
forward the letter below on to Dialynx?  I didn't have any trouble faxing
Turbo Boost.  I'm pretty frustrated by my Dialynx attempts.  Almost so much
so as to, gasp! mail it to them!

Here's the letter I tried to fax them:

On March 31, 1996 George Harrison a member of the Audi Quattro Internet List
contacted you regarding the purchase of wastegate diaphragms for the 1982 to
1985 Audi Turbo Quattro Coupe.  I have volunteered to manage this purchase
for the List members.  We have firm commitment for 10 diaphragms, if we can
resolve the following:

1)  Do the double wastegate diaphragms fit the wastegates of BOTH the USA
specification Audi Turbo Quattro Coupes (ur-quattros or TQCs) AND the later
1986 and up USA spec. Audi 5000, 100, and 200 turbo cars?

2)  Will you guarantee fitment?  What is your return policy?

3)  Do you stock the diaphragms?  How soon can we expect delivery after we
place our order?

4)  I understand that prices are 89.50 Stg  for one double or 75.00 Stg if
quantity exceeds 5, and that a higher quantity will attract an even better
discount.   What is the unit price for an order of ten (10) or more
wastegate diaphragms?

5)  What are the freight charges from the UK to Portland, Oregon, USA 97203?

6)  Since you are shipping outside the European community, I expect the
order is exempt from the 17.5% VAT charges.  Is this correct?

7)  To expedite matters, I will be paying for our order with a credit card.
Which major credit cards do you except?

8)  Who is to be my contact within your firm?

We will place an order for the Audi wastegate diaphragms with you within 10
days of receipt of favorable responses to the above questions. 

As a fellow Audi enthusiast, you can appreciate our love of Quattros and our
desire for using only appropriate, OEM quality parts in our automobiles.
Does your firm sell other Quattro parts of related items?  Do you have a
catalog you could mail me, or include with our order?

me by US West for the US and England (United Kingdom), respectively.  Any
suggestions?

If it didn't cost so damn much I'd call them directly.  Then again, if I
can't send a fax to them, why do I think I could call them!!  :(
