Peter, if it doesn't SAY Bose on the radio and the speakers, it ain't
Bose. OTOH, if it does, you can betcher bottom dollar that it has
the amps at the speakers. As the most recent person to admit
struggling with this, email me direct if you wish to chat about it.
For others' benefit - I am trying (with the help of an electronics
designer) to add high end by playing with the ports on the front Bose
enclosures before I try *electronic countermeasures* (tm)......
