Yup. 
 
It seems to be true, (sadly). So, I ordered a driver's side lower control 
arm for $185 Canadian. It looks easy enough so I can install it myself.
 
Today I drove my car for the first time with fresh front wheel bearings 
and rebuilt drive axles. 
 
W H A T     A     D I F F E R E N C E  !  !  !  !
 
No more sound of a rumbling 747 beneath my feet! THANK GOD!
Unfortunately it cost me $508 in LABOUR alone. UGHHHHH. (Canadian funds)
