Rear sway bar for 4KQ?

Has anyone installed a rear sway bar on a 4KQ?  I have an 87 4KCSQ and would
like to reduce roll w/o lowering car w/ new springs.  By adding the rear sway
bar, will I reduce roll an appreciable amount?  Does this mod have any negative
affects?  Are there any kits available, or can I use a front sway bar from the
4K?  Will I need to modify any of the rear suspension components (control
arms/subframe)?  Yeh, I know, lots of questions...
