No, this is accomplished by using end-links of different lengths and/or
different shapes.  Some I've seen use straight end links; others the stock
double bend front end-links, etc.  This is just a front anti-swaybar used on
the rear with center mounting brackets and polyurethane bushings (two).  Not
to not sell you on it, but you could build the exact setup yourself by
raiding the parts bin at a wrecking yard and maybe your local hi-pro shop.
