Ok, I checked the fuel supply from the pump, and fuel is getting to the
engine. I then removed the cold start valve, and *NO* fuel sprayed out
when I tried to start the car. The repair book says fuel should spray out,
but I'm not getting anything. (FWIW, the car hasn't been started for about
12 hours)

Any thoughts? Does it seem to be a bad valve?
