I think these big, internal hex screws are the same as the ones on my old
VW manual trans. I have seen biiig allen-head wrenches, resembling the
factory lug-bolt tool, pre-made specially for them in the red "Help!"
section of the local auto parts store on many occasions (they are usually
hung in shrink-wrapped packaging from a turnstiled hook). Usually they
are where they sell infrequently-used tools like valve-spring depressors
and such, and cost from $12.99 to $20.00, depending on the store.
