It depends on what your trying to do.  What this valve does (And I'm 
pretty sure that you already have it from the factory) is too keep the 
turbine spinning when the throttle is closed.  As for the K&N going from 
the plate filter to the cone is more of a PITA than it's wortm IMHO.
