Door Panel for 1985 Audi 5000

I have a question concerning the delaminating of the vinyl covering from
the door panels of a 1985 Audi 5000.  Does anyone have a convenient way to
repair a door panel which has delaminated?  The vinyl on my drivers door
panel has almost completely delaminated.  Also on this drivers door the
pull handle lower bolt has broken out of the plastic shell of the door.

Has anyone found a reasonably inexpensive way to replace or repair the door
shells?
