Yes change the oil in your tranny!! If anything, to see how much and 
what condition its in......... Its cheap insurance!!
A good snythetic 80-90Weight oil will go a long way.

As for the "shrouding" around the radiator, the factory found it 
important.  But I've managed to live without bottom and engine side 
shrouding, without any problems. Do you live in Arizona?
The shrouding is pricey from the dealer!!
