Jay, it's real easy. Someone here told me how, and I reiterated
in a mail a few weeks ago. For questions like this, it's always
a good idea to check the archives!!!
Remove the two screws at the top of the door panel. Remove the
screw at the armrest. Here's the trick: that screw simply serves
to hold an oval-cylindrical piece of trim in place, that oval
piece that trims the "hole" or handle in the armrest. Now,
remove that trim piece by snapping it downward. This will expose
the two remaining screws that hold the door panel in place; remove
these. The door panel will then simply lift straight up and
out; in the process, you'll have to pull off the electrical
connectors, the door latch release cable (it is simply "hooked"
on to the door handle, the end of the cable has a shepherd's hook
on it... play with it, it'll come off).
