I was fortunate to be at Auto Zone where they sell the $2.99 prongs 
made specifically for these types of units.  I pulled mine out, got the 
serial number, call dealer parts dept and they gave me the code.

Unfortunately, the code didn't work, and the previous owner had no idea 
about any code!  So, I did end up spending $90.  I exchanged the unit 
with Linda@Carlson.  That was my only option.  But, those prongs work 
and it took 30 seconds to get the information.
