Im serious this time!

Well, if any of you have been following my escapades looking for land 
over the last couple years, it seems I have found some. It is 3 acres, 
the end of a dead end road, with big beautiful houses around it, and a 
great view. Its also one of the first lots I found that is just under 
$100K an acre! That didnt hurt. Hopefully Ill start building soon, if the 
deal goes through.

Which brings me to the point of this message... It is now time I sell the 
UrQ. :(   I have been procrastinating for months, since I cant really 
bear to part with it, but now I have no choice. Since I still have 3 Q's, 
Im not totally without fun. Just a lot slower fun.

If anyone knows of someone wanting an UrQ in need of practically nothing, 
please drop me a line.

Its only $20,000, this way here I can tell my wife "See, nobody wants it" 
and I wont have to get rid of it. OK just kidding, Im looking to get 
7-7.5K for it.
