To me [and I think everyone I've ever met that knew] the terms ur-quattro
and TQC are interchangeable.  The TQC stands for "Turbo Quattro Coupe" ...
(*I* believe that it is actually QTC "Quattro Turbo Coupe," but I digress)
which is the original, or "ur" quattro.  Perhaps you could shed a little 
more light on the subject and let us know what the difference between a TQC 
and ur-quattro is there in the UK?  

In the USA the '85 QTCs were fitted with the modified rear flares to accomo-
date the 8" Ronals.  I actually had a set on my '83 QTC when I bought it, 
and under most conditions (i.e. no rear passenger) I had little or no rubbing
with the 215/50-15 P7Rs.
