(Fwd) How to keep the dealer honest?

Any ideas on ways to improve one's chances that said 
oil won't actually get into the mechanic's engine, or 
the service manager's, etc?

  Is this the same dealer you bought the car from?  Just curious as to why
you would pay ~30K for a car at a dealer ship where their integrity is in
doubt over $20 worth of oil!
