I don't know where you were (hell, for that matter, I'm not sure where *I* was, 
but I digress...), but that might have been the car that was featured in EC 
about 10 years ago.

It was a 4000Q, and it had UR-Q fenders grafted on, and a turbo I5.  Looked 
sharp.
