HOW MUCH for this 4000s?

As I mentioned earlier, my sister has a 1986 4000S, Red.

It is in GREAT mechanical shape (garaged too)
69K miles (all documented)
Service records, 5 spd, grey cloth (no cuts, perfect inside)
sunroof, etc... (this is the 4 cyl. version, not the CS), It is FWD.

She is the second owner.  She basically used the car as a college car and my
father and I took care of the maint. until last year when I moved out.
 Cosmetically, it needs a good detail, and the hood was repainted because of
a Jeep that lost its e-brake in a parking lot and broke the front grill and
nicked the hood. 

Otherwise, NO problems.  Even the electric window switches work!
It has a removeable face plate sony cassette deck.  That's all for upgrades. 

How much is this little guy worth, and does anyone want it?  It's going up
for "sail" when the A4 1.8T is introduced.  BTW- we are in S. California. No
rust or salt.
