Help! 5KCSTQ Brakes.

Help me fellow Quattro fanatics!!!

I just replaced the bad, right, rear caliper in the 86 5KCSTQ.

When I press the brake pedal for the first time, it goes right to the
floor. The second, etc., press seems to have pressure built up and I get
resistance in the pedal. I've bleed the brakes using the two-man method
all around and also pressure-bleed the clutch. Everything is stock in
this car.

Also, when the car's running now and the brake's not depressed. I can
hear hissing from near the brake pedal under the dash.

What did I screw up now?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. (aka TIA)
