Seems to me it's wiser to upgrade the handling first. Otherwise you'll
just have a muscle car...go straight and fast, but no turning please...  

Yes, I know, that's a little extreme and Audi's are certainly bleesed
with more than adequate handling. But think about safety here. I would
upgrade the brakes and the suspension before trying to get additional
power from the car. Make sure you have the proper resources to stop and
control the vehicle.
