Get some to drive behind you and observe gear shifts. If they see a tiny puff
each time, it's probably the valve stem oil seals.

There's always _some_ oil in the inlet system of a turbo car. It's very hard
to say how much is "too much".

And then you said that ...
Standard advice - pull the turbo -> intercooler hose at the intercooler end,
and feel inside the intercooler. Oil and slime is not a problem. Anything
gritty - worry. This is not the most likely cause, but the potential
consequences make checking for it _highly_ advisable. The odds are that you'll
find nothing at all. If, however, there's grit from turbo vane abrasion,
remember that the next mechanical component this air passes through is the
throttle - then it's your inlet valves.
If you haven't been observing the 40 second to 2 minute idle to cool the turbo
after driving hard, then it could be the main turbo bearing.
