Not offhand.  If we widen it to _events_ (such as the London-Brighton run, 
which I think started in 1904) we might stand a chance.  Most of Europe has 
been engaged in playing the German national sport twice this century, so there 
are breaks in most annual sporting events.  Perhaps something in the South of 
France?
