RE: rotors ????



You can find more info on the Web site in the archives, but briefly:
they are Audi's attempt to get a larger swept area for a given size
wheel (15" in this case) by having the calipers on the inside of the
rotors instead of taking up space between the rotor and the rim of the
wheel. To achieve this, they "suspend" the rotors from a disk that looks
somewhat like a brake dust shield. They tend to warp easily and are
expensive.
