NO!!!! Nothing to cut whatsoever. Flip the seat upside down and undo/unscrew the
obvious.
Separate the back and the seat (you'll have to fish the backs wiring out of the
seating part).

SEAT:
Flip upside down. The upholstery is secured by a) triangular teeth, that are part
of the frame b)round "upholstery" clips. Unbend a) and cut or unbend b). You
should be able to slide the upholstery off the a) easily. No need to extract the
wire (which can be removed BTW, it is not sewn closed). Pull the heater out.

BACKREST:
Upside down. Unscrew 2 screws. Pull the back plastic cover downwards. It has 2
plastick hooks up top. Unclip 9 flat metal clips on the perimeter of the frame.
Undo 6 long spreadable pins that run thru the coconut stuff and are secured by the
30mm cardboard washers. Push the pins out. Peel the upholstery. Pull the heater
out.

Installation is a reciprocal of removal. If you cut the "upholstery" clips, make
the new ones out of a coat hanger.
