euro lights/non-audi

hello fellow audians...

I was wondering if there is such a thing as euro lights for non euro 
cars?

Specifically, an upgraded lighting system for the new chevy s-10 
blazer/jimmy?

Sorry for the non-audi content, but I seem to remember someone hinting at 
upgraded lighting for gm's previously on this list.....
