1989 90Q 2.3E Questions (2)

Hi all,

Sorry for the multiple posts on this subject, but I would like to point out
that this is a *euro* version of the 90Q. Don't know about bombs, ISVs etc.
No a/c. Factory stereo is definately *not* in this car. The ad says nothing
about mileage or service records, but since they were not with my current
car when I bought it and that turned out fine, I'm not too scared of that
when the rest of the car looks/feels good. My experience with buying used
cars is that if a car's been mistreated it usually shows on the outside
and/or inside. I know how to look for signs of respray etc. and I know most
of the bodges the trade uses.
If I decide to get serious about this car, I'm going to do a mileage and
insurance claims check, as well as having a pro look at it. It's just that
I want to know what to look for *before* I spend any money...

As before, any comments on q driveline problems or I5 specific things are
extremely welcome on tnas@dtpdirect.nl
