It and the hydraulic system work at 2200 psi in the high-pressure 
areas.   If I understand your question, the bomb is pressurized by 
the hydraulic pump.  I'm not sure on what mechanism is used to 
provide the elastic resorvoir properties of the bomb 
internally....but there must be some kind of elastic medium between 
the nitrogen pressure and the pump system.  There is a check valve in 
the bomb which can get stuck open or fouled with debris, causing 
leak-down problems.
