That's the area of the tire. To continue the story for what its worth.
Following the purchase of the Hakkas in Toronto, I then went to an
alignment shop where the owner previously sold all makes of tires when he
owned a large tire shop for 12 years. Now he sells tires out the back door
of his alignment shop and he'll get you any tire delivered to your door
.....but he won't sell Dunlops. Too many warranty claims.
Just a comment to offset the propaganda of the Dunlop dealer in my previous
post. I really have no experience with this tire but considering the
positive comments from the Qlist, I'm interested if others have had
blowouts with Dunlop D602As.
