ok so lets say that i dont have a timing light...which i dont...how much
would i physically turn the distributor to be comperable to your
adjustments.  I am not fully versed in the internal workings of the engine
and from what i saw of my friend turning his cap he only turned the mark he
made about half an inch to an inch (i cant remember exactly what it was).
An answer to this would make things easy on me.  Thanks for all of the
answers so far...i appreciate it.
