Re: blue book and comments on the list

God he's right that sight is real depressing it says that my good condition
85 Coupe GT with 151000 miles is worth 1750 for trade in. I dunno but that
sounds a bit low. At least it said that the retail value of the car is
3450. Christ my mom's piece of shit 78 volvo 242 is worth 2290 retail.
Jeez and to think that she got it for 300. I dunno but i think that they
might be a bit distorted. Man that is really sad. Oh well they just dont
understand the appeal of owning an Audi.
Also i want ot comment on what i feel this list is coming to. When
i was a member last year, the members seemed to be quite lenient with the
subject matter in the list and they wouldnt jump on each other to let them
know that they are wasting bandwidth or that they are just wasting time. I
have not noticed much of an increased number of postings since then. I
would just like to say that this is beginning to sound like the BMW mailing
list who only allows BMW content or else it is your head. If you sound
like someone who doesnt know much then oh man you better be careful. At
least in that aspect this group is still appealing but i dont know what to
expect in the future. I may be completely wrong on this matter as i have
not been reading every post and do not really know the specific attitudes
of individual members...i am just pointing out the attitude that i seem to
be sensing from the list. Thank you for your time.
goodbye
Mike
85 Coupè GT
