Great, more power to you.  I don't expect to be in the UK anytime
soon but if I do, I will consider joining.

Is it a jacket for your members?  Then communicate with your members,
using whatever methods you have at your disposal.  Using this 
list for that purpose is not what I had in mind.
Other content is welcome, as are you.  I just don't want this
to become a discussion list for UK club members.  How much
clearer can I make this?

There was no offense, and I asked nicely :)
We're not divided, but bottom line, for UK club matters,
don't use this list unless it's a one-time announcement
that is of general interest.  I certainly don't have
a clear idea of what it's about...
