Hydraulic Pressure Accumulator

So if my brake pedal loose assistance (get very hard to push) after only
4 - 5 pumps is my bomb / Hydraulic Pressure Accumulator (is this the
same thing ?) broken ? Anyboy any ideas on how knackered this is ? (
N.B. The brake pedal feel is quite poor)
