Overpressure is a fact of life - that's what the overpressure relief valve is
for. On a hydraulic lifter car, the symptom of failure is supposed to be that
the valves don't close properly and the engine stops for lack of compression.
The workshop fiche say that if the engine stops and very rapidly when you try
and restart it, oil overpressure is the probable cause.
